In this expository sermon Dr. Felker shares how we observe the Lord’s Supper in a worthy manner. First, we should understand and fulfill the meaning and purpose of the Lord’s Supper by remembering all aspects of His life and death, by proclaiming His atoning death, and by anticipating His return. We must also express our unity in Christ and we should engage in self-examination to make sure we are true believers and to remove sin from our lives by confession, repentance and receiving God’s forgiveness. Finally, he shares Paul’s warning regarding the failure to observe the Lord’s Supper properly.
